1. Introduction 2 The basic principals of the legal state 3. The typology of the fundamental rights and freedoms 4. The models of the constitutional protection 5. The legal state - exquisite texts of the judicial review 6. The dignity - exquisite texts of the judicial review 7. The equality and the prohibition of discrimination - exquisite texts of the judicial review 8. The personal freedom - exquisite texts of the judicial review 9. The right of possession - exquisite texts of the judicial review 10. The rights of minority- exquisite texts of the judicial review 11.
