Course content
The content of the subject is an independent scientific work of the student, or a scientific work under the guidance of a consultant from among the teachers of the subject or other recommended consultants according to the professional focus of the work. The scientific thesis is then orally defended in the faculty round of the SVOČ competition before a jury composed primarily of teachers of this subject, supplemented by other experts from various legal fields.
