Course content
|
1. Programme of the course, recommended literature. Role of school in the sphere of the cultivation of communication. 2. Norms of the school communication - discussion. 3. Speech production. 4. Acoustic qualities of the spoken language. 5. Expressive reading - listening and analysis of the model recording followed by reading. 6. Individual expressive reading (texts of students' own choice). 7. Individual presentation - analysis of the most common mistakes in the spoken language. 8. Orthoepic standards. 9. Nonverbal means of communication - body language. 10. Teachers´ talk in a learning process, types of questions. 11.-12. Methodology of the rhetorical training of children.
