Course content
Lectures: 1.- 3.Cultural-political conditions in literary development during the period from 1990 to 2005. Genre and thematic differentiation, journals. 4. - 6. Prose from 1990 to 2005. 7. Poetry 1990 - 2005. 8. - 9. Cultural-political circumstances in literary development in the period from 2005 to 2015. Prose, poetry, drama and journals. 10. - 12. Literature in the period from 2005 - 2015. 13. Synthese of the communication areas. Seminars: 1. - 4. a) b) c) d) 5. a) b) c) 6. - 8. 9. - 10. 11. - 13.

Knowledge
Basic orientation in cultural, literary and journalistic activities of the last half century.
vysvětlit klíčové historické a kulturně politické atributy jednotlivých period (1958 ? 1969, 1970 ? 1990, 1990 - 2010)
charakterizovat základní kulturně politické texty a jejich dobový smysl a význam (co jimi bylo zamýšleno ? jaký byl jejich praktický dopad)
přiřadit jednotlivá reprezentativní díla prózy a poezie do vývojových period literatury, zařazení zdůvodnit
popsat kritické reflexe těchto reprezentativních děl a jejich autorů
Skills
aplikovat odborné znalosti v praxi s teoretickým i uměleckým textem
přiřadit texty k příslušné historické periodě na základě analýzy jejich strukturních dominant (v případě textu uměleckého) a své rozhodnutí adekvátně zdůvodnit
prokázat na základě porozumění vztahu mezi kulturně politickými požadavky a jejich uměleckou reflexí podstatu dobových střetů, polemik, sporů, diskusí

characterize the cultural and political contexts of the development of Czech literature after 1989
explain the history of Czech literature after 1989 (including the development of drama) within the cultural, social and political context

interpret the history of Czech literature after 1989 (including the development of drama) within the Czech and European cultural, social and political context
interpret a literary text in the context of both author's other creations within the wide cultural political and aesthetic framework
