Course content
This course is designed for students who have successfully completed Basics of Chinese Language 2. Building on previously acquired language skills, the course further develops students? communicative competence in Chinese through the expansion of vocabulary, grammar structures, and practical language use. Students will engage with more complex sentence patterns and conversational topics, while continuing to strengthen their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. The course introduces a broader range of Chinese characters, radicals, and cultural content, enabling learners to communicate more confidently in everyday situations and to understand texts of increasing complexity.
