The course introduces students to the principles and practices of sustainable development in education. It examines the causes and consequences of human impact on the environment, the integration of sustainability concepts into teaching, and the ethical, pedagogical, and didactic dimensions of sustainability. Students will explore global and Croatian approaches to education for sustainable development, consider the challenges posed by globalization, and reflect on personal and professional responsibilities in promoting sustainability.
