- Parts of a commercial letter and their position on the page, envelope, - Job applications, CV, completing a form, letter of motivation, - Inquiry, model letters, phraseology, exercices, - Offer, answering an inquiry of a client, advertising letters and circulars, - Order, answering an offer, confirmation of an offer, - Delivery, note about sending, credit note, bank statement, - Payment, confirmation of receipt of goods, notice about payment, - Commercial information, request of information and answering this request, - Delay of delivery, excuse, complaint, answer, - Reason of complaint, acceptence of complaint, - Reminder, repeated reminder, request for postponement of payment, - Trade fairs, exhibitions, - Request for forms, organizational materials, completing of forms (application)
