Course content
- Selecting a place to build a hotel - Construction of a hotel - Exterior architecture, interior furnishings - Identity of a hotel - Advertising, guidebooks, and travel agencies - Customers and the staff - Activities of a hotel (how to inform and advise) - Providing assistance, selling, and payments - Correspondence (messages and notes) - Welcoming a distinguished guest - Organising events - External communication - Change of the hotel owner
