Course content
- Presentations of products and services, their qualities and functions - A letter of inquiry - Marketing, brands, slogans - An offer and a flysheet - Product consultancy, customer benefits - An order - Customer contacts, sales of products and services - Preparation of business negotiations - An invoice, a delivery note - Receiving a customer in a company, entertainment of business partners - Complaints Further information for distant study programme students can be found on the Courseware.
