Self-defense is intended for students of all faculties and grades, for beginners and advanced students who want to learn both basic and special skills and knowledge.

For beginners ? we provide extensive harmonic physical development and improvement of the functional capacity of organism. We prepare basis for the gradual growth of special performance. For advanced students ? we provide the development of specific exercises orientated on the practice and improvement of various strokes, kicks and covers and other technical and tactical skills and psychological qualities. |
