Course content

The teaching is focused on purposeful influencing of the weakened organism, from the preventive, compensatory and regenerative point of view. Non-traditional aids are used during the lessons (flexibar, utukutu, rehabilitation walkway, etc.)

Students with temporary handicap of physical development (injury, operation) get familiar with exercises suitable for the compensation of their muscle disbalance influenced by the injury. Students get systematically prepared for full-value exercising. After successful completion of the course students with individual kinds of weaknesses and disorders should be able to choose and do suitable exercises according to their handicap. They should also be able to use medically sporting aids (skipping rope, Oweball, gymnastic ball, balance plane, etc.) and if possible gradually join P.E. classes. |
