Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou léčivého rituálu hadra v Maroku v praktikách súfijského řádu hamadša a komunity gnawa. Tyto dvě skupiny byly vybrány jako nevýznamnější reprezentanti terapeutických rituálních praktik v Maroku na základě jejich popularity a úspěšnosti při léčení. Cílem této práce tak bylo popsat průběh a hlavní principy fungování těchto rituálů na základě terénního výzkumu, který provedla autorka. Díky těmto informacím a analýze relevantní literatury pak tato práce poskytuje náhled na symboliku a roli, kterou tyto rituály hrají v životech jejich účastníků. Dále tato práce představuje problémy, kterým tradiční rituální komunita vzhledem k současnému vývoji čelí a analyzuje jak se s nimi vyrovnává. Nicméně přesto, že v celkovém důsledku můžeme pozorovat pokles počtu pořádaných rituálů, léčivé rituály jsou v praxi hamadši a gnawy stále živé a daří se zachovávat jejich původní účel.

This master thesis deals with the topic of healing rituals of sufi brotherhood hamadsha and gnawa community. These two representants were chosen because of their popularity and high effectivity in therapy. The aim of this thesis is to present the structure and main principals of these healing rituals based on field research of the author. Thanks to the gathered information and analysis of relevant literature this theses provides us with overview of symbolics of these rituals and the role they have in everydaylife of its participants. Moreover it aims to describe the challanges that traditional ritual community faces and analyses how they face them. However despite the decline of the organized rituals, they are still practised and their main purpose is still protected.

Research Plan
Diplomová práce bude vypracována v souladu s vyhláškou děkana Fakulty filozofické Západočeské univerzity v Plzni. Literatura a veškeré zdroje a prameny budou citovány podle normy ISO 690-2. Práci vypracuji samostatně během akademického roku a budu ji průběžně konzultovat se svým vedoucím.
