We consider a system of two partial differential reaction-diffusion equations. The first goal is to present so called Turing effect and the appropriate theory. Then we focus on the system with an unilateral source term in the first equation of this system. We shall investigate an influence of this unilateral term on the displacement of critical and bifurcation points in positive quadrant of the plane of diffusion parameters. Eventually we use numerical methods to experiment with the concrete model with various unilateral terms.
