Key learning outcomes Graduates will have profound knowledge of civil law from the wider perspective of legal theory and international law. They will be able to apply and reflect critically on the paradigms, approaches, theories and methods of legal science. Graduates are capable of independent scientific work, especially in the field of civil law, comprising a wide complex of legal disciplines. Graduates will be able to present the results of their research through peer-reviewed articles or a paper on an international conference. They will be able to work individually as well as in a team. Graduates will orient themselves in project management and they will be able to apply for a national or international grant in legal science. Graduates will be able to communicate, read academic texts and present the results of their research at least in one international language. By virtue of their skills and knowledge, graduates will be able to work in academia or as highly qualified professionals, legal experts in national, European, and Graduates will have profound knowledge of commercial, civil and criminal law from the wider perspective of legal theory and international law.
