The concept of public policy Bureaucratic aspects of public policy Civic society and public policy The processes of creation of public policy Citizen and her possibilities of participation in the creation processes of public policies Citizen as a subject of public policy Methodological aspects of public policies Political communication as a tool for creation and legitimization of public policies The characteristics of concrete policies and theirs implementation

to characterize the basic priciples of self-government in democratic political system
to describe the system of funding of different types of projects in the public sphere
to explain the methods of creating and implementing public policies of the EU
to distinguish between the most significant areas of European agenda
to characterize the connection between the activities of the European Union and the development inside the particular member states

to identify and classify on their own the legislative acts and public policy documents of the EU regarding specific area of European integration
to prepare on their own the project proposal in the public sector
to identify on their own the particular public administration agency with the responsibility for the solution of certain problem
