Course content
Five-day excursion to the factories of the chemical and related fields. Students prepar for this excursion by a predetermined program, they participate the analysis of excursions into individual plants and they produce the specified papers and they prepare teaching aids conncted with visited plants.

  • Presentation preparation (report) (1-10) - 10 hours per semester
  • Undergraduate study programme term essay (20-40) - 20 hours per semester
  • Attendance on a field trip (number of real hours - maximum 8h/day) - 30 hours per semester

to evaluate the possibilities of using interdisciplinary relations with physics and biology during a chemical excursion
to evaluate the usability of various manufacturing processes in which chemistry is applied for student and student excursions
to interpret economic and environmental aspects as an integral part of production processes
optimize the effectiveness of excursions by pre-modifying the lessons that the excursion is preceded or followed

Organize, as far as possible, within the framework of teaching the chemistry of pupils' excursions and incorporate them into the curriculum
