Course content
University Education in the Czech Republic: organization, legislation, accreditation Studies at the UWB and Faculty of Economics: organizations and regulations Study Information Systems at the UWB Organization of self study. Study styles Structure of information sources Work with catalogues of libraries Electronic information sources of the UWB Library Sources of economic information: statistical databases, registers and registers Principles of scientific ethics and citation standards Citation standard APA Methodology of seminar papers Presentation of the results Introduction to empirical research Lectures are complemented by e-learning course with asynchronous support by a tutor.
