Course content
1. Man as a biopsychosocial being. Determination of personality. 2. Development and determination of self-concept. Positives of own personality. Self-evaluation and its use for personality development. 3. Self-realizing man. Proactivity. Positive thinking. 4. The analysis of personal resources. Development and use of personality expectations. 5. Deficiencies in development of abilities. 6. The feeling of self-worth and its projection in communication. Self-confidence, self-reliance. 7. Key competencies, development of key competencies. 8. Visions and aims of personal development. 9. Relaxation and energizing exercises. Visualization and imagination. 10. Personal efficiency. Mental training. 11. Neuro-linguistic programming. 12. Training and techniques focused on personality development. 13. Elaboration and demonstation of personal development project.

Knowledge
Knowledge of terminology of general psychology, psychology of personality, developmental psychology, social psychology and psychology of health.
learning outcomes
Student will analyze own development according to required criteria, will describe significant milestones of own personality development and will know to characterize them in context of general psychological disciplines. Student will be able to illustrate determination of own personality development and to propose possible perspectives ofanother life including analysis of probable risks.
