Course content
Lectures: 1. Importance of games. 2. Didactics of motoin games (MG) and nontraditional sports games (NSG). 3. Methodology of leading MG and NSG. 4.-5. Personality of game leader. 6. Game - definition, characteristics and classification of sports games. 7.-13. History, rules and methodology of practicing of chosen NSG. Exercises: 1. MG focused on speed development. 2. MG focused on coordination development. 3. MG focused on strength development. 4. MG focused on endurance development. 5.-7. Methodological approach training of goal games. 8.-10. Methodology of practice of chosen net games and games with hitting the ball against the wall. 11.-13. Methodological approach training of bat games.
