Key learning outcomes
|
The graduates have sufficient scientific knowledge necessary for solving typical mathematic problems that belong to the primary school mathematics or even beyond (e.g. Mathematical Olympiad problems). They have abilities to use specialized mathematical software and to study mathematical literature, they handle scientific mathematical symbology. They also have appropriate knowledge of didactics which allows them to choose proper educational techniques. They make their own decisions and are able to solve concrete educational situations in mathematics on primary school, they handle modern didactical methods and scientific processes. They have ability to understand development in the field of mathematics and are able to use information technologies (such as calculators and computer software) on basic level even during the educational process.
