1. Positive psychology - historical and philosophical context 2. Concept of personal well-being and happiness 3. Positive emotionality and positivity 4. Optimal experiencing - flow 5. Positive mind 6. Positive individual characteristics and personality traits 7. Positive interpersonal relationships 8. Positively functioning communities and institutions 9. Concept of meaningfulness and the science of happiness 10. Positive clinical and counseling psychology 11. Positive Education 12. Evaluation of the education, summary.

- perform an introspective analysis of some of his life events in terms of knowledge of positive psychology (with emphasis on their application) - to develop a project of a positive approach to one's own life - to prepare a seminar task of a research nature focusing on psychological characteristics (personality traits, attitudes, ways of reacting, etc.) of positively tuned people from different population groups that the student knows well (friends, relatives) - present the results of their survey at the seminar
