Course content
1. Subject and history of social psychology. 2. Methods of social psychology. 3. Approaches to personality in terms of social psychology. 4. Social determinants of human psyche. 5. Socialization of personality. Social learning. 6. Social norms and values. 7. Social-psychological personality traits. 8. Small social groups, social roles and positions. 9. Family as a small social group. 10. Interpersonal relations and characteristics of interpersonal relations. 11. Social perception. 12. Social communication. 13. Strategy and tactics for dealing with people.

  • Contact hours - 26 hours per semester
  • Undergraduate study programme term essay (20-40) - 30 hours per semester

Knowledge
Knowledge of terminology used in general psychology and psychology of personality.
learning outcomes
Student will be able to: comprehend social determination of human psyche, effectively apply modern social-psychological approaches to personality, use appropriate special social-psychological methods, use strategy and tactics for dealing with people including difficult speaking situations.
