I v tomto akademickém roce 2020/21 budou předmět Islám 1 vyučovat naši dva přední odborníci v oblasti islámských věd: přednášky povede doc. Mendel, semináře povede dr. Pelikán.

This Course follows the course ISL1 and its main aim is to extend students' understanding of Islam religion. The issues of Shi´i Islam, Sufism and mystical forms of Islam will be introduced. Also the very controversial theme of Islam fundamentalism will be discussed. The diversity and the colourfulness of present Islam are presented through studies focused on folk Islam.
