Students understand the aims and meaning of the regional archaeology. They comprehend the brief history of the archaeological research in the southwestern Bohemia as well as characterisation of individual settlement forms in the framework of development of selected landscape complexes from the earliest evidence of Human settlement to the Post-Medieval period.
