1. Introduction: historical a current opinions in taxonomy, actual kingdoms in Eukaryote, endosymbiotic theory. 2. Cyanobacteria. 3. Acrasiomycota, Euglenophyta, Myxomycota, Plasmodiophoromycota, Chlorarachniophyta. 4. Dinophyta, Cryptophyta, Haptophyta, general characteristic Heterokontophyta, Phaeothamniophyceae. 5. Heterokontophyta - Chrysophyceae, Synurophyceae, Fucophyceae, Xanthophyceae, Eustigmatophyceae, Bacillariophyceae, Raphidophyceae. 6. Labyrinthulomycota, Peronosporomycota, Unikonta - Fungi, Chytridiomycota, Blastocladiomycota, Microsporidiomycota. 7. Zygomycota, Glomeromycota, Ascomycota - Taphrinomycotina, Saccharomycotina. 8. Ascomycota - Pezizomycotina. 9. Basidiomycota, Lichenes. 10. Archaeplastida: Glaucophyta, Rhodophyta. 11. Chlorophyta: general characteristic, Prasinophyceae, Ulvophyceae, Cladophorophyceae. 12.
