Dear students,
The content of this course is an introduction to the basics of manual (workshop) programming of NC machines and automatic programming in selected 3D CAM software.
In manual programming, students create programs for simple parts as well as for parts using cycles, which expand the possibilities of defining shapes and technologies while maintaining an easy way of entering. The ISO code (G code) and the Dialog language of the Heidenhain system are used for programming.
In the case of automatic programming, these basics are demonstrated in 3-axis milling of simple parts without changing the clamping. This course is built to reflect the abilities and experiences of enrolled students.
