Course objectives:
|
To learn the hard way of the various experiments that can be named as the demostration experiments or tasks included in laboratory work. To make sure of conditions under which every experiment is possible (to demonstrate), the demand factor of experiment, the level of safety of experiment, possible difficulties that might occur, etc.
|
Requirements on student
|
Class attendance at practice - practical implementation and verification of a prescribed set of experiments, elaboration of protocols about performed practice.
|
Content
|
Seminars are focused on the experimental activity of future chemistry teachers at elementary schools. Students demonstrate the theoretical knowledge needed to explain the various chemical processes, the controlling of basic laboratory techniques and they acquire skills associated with the demonstration of experiments which are used in chemistry lessons at elementary school.
1) Hydrogen
2) Oxygen
3) Halogens - 1st part
4) Halogens - 2nd part - halogens compounds
5) Sulfur
6) Nitrogen and phosphorus
