Course objectives:
|
Development and perfection of skill and abilities of student in playing the piano. Education to piano skill, that enables independent and correct studying new pieces. Supply student with complex of skill, supporting his creativity. This subject is determined only for students of master branch. Pedagogy of musical teaching for secondary schools.

creation of accompaniment to 10 artificial songs
creation of accompaniment to approx. 7 folk songs
playing cadences in several different keys
improvisation and transposition of songs into close keys
improvisation of simple overtures, interludes and doheras

Content
|
Improvisation of simple stylized accompaniments to artificial songs by chord symbols. Game cadences in basic major and minor keys. Harmonization of Czech folk songs.

Knowledge - students are expected to possess the following knowledge before the course commences to finish it successfully: |
Theoretical knowledge of music theory, harmony and musical forms. Knowing the signs and basic piano accompaniments stylization. |

Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
The ability to choose the appropriate accompaniments of popular songs and their active implementation at a level that corresponds to the teachers ability at elementary school. |
Skills - skills resulting from the course: |
Justify the choice of recital compositions in the context of teaching HV (advanced students).
Clarify concepts from the field of piano technique development: playing legato, staccato, towing, types of accompaniment and their description, acquired cadences and their construction.
Describe the acquired scales and the specifics of their game (fingering, foreshadowing, way of playing). |

The student also demonstrates his skills by storing video recordings with the play of the mandatory repertoire of technical exercises, scales, songs and compositions on gapps (at the time of full-time study, partly by agreement with the teacher, at the time of necessary distance learning completely), in three complete sets. Here, the teacher gradually reminds him of the game or confirms the recognition of the watched videos by entering the date of recognition. The proof of granting the credit for distance learning is the sending of a completely filled-in table with recognition of all the specified repertoire to the teacher and to the gapps repository. |
