Course objectives:
|
The aim of the course is to obtain knowledge from selected methods of management and operation of enterprises, analysis, optimization and evaluation of business activities. Students are introduced to the basics of integrated management system - quality, occupational safety, environmental aspects and information security, including related risks. Furthermore, students are familiarized with the ways of managing innovation, project, financial management, change management, crisis management, motivation and communication for business management. The lectures are supplemented with examples from specific projects in electrical engineering and research.
