The diploma thesis is focused on acquainting with the biomaterials used in biomedicine applications oriented on the bone tissue implants. The main aim of the work is to investigate the possibilities for functionalization of the titanium surface with bioactive particles. The experimental part investigates the possibilities of laser ablation technology in vacuum and in liquid for the preparation of micro and nano deposition particles. CaTiO3, MgTiO3 powders and their equimolar mixture were chosen for deposition. Finally, the following parameters were compared: particle size, surface morphology, chemical and phase composition.
