Course objectives:

The aim of this course:
To introduce students to the problems of water sports and rafting.
|
Requirements on student
|
Practice: Water tourism, C2 basic maneuvers on flat and moving water up to difficulty WW I. Riding fundamentals on rafting boat on the wide water up to difficulty WW III; practical demonstration of rescue and self-rescue of people and material on moving water.
Theory: Review of knowledge from subject lecturing before, test.

1. Theory and methodology of canoe riding on the flat and moving water, for information on kayaking
2. Water tourism, organization and safety principles and rules
3. Basics of riding on raft boat on the wild water
4. Working with materials - maintenance, ecological aspects of water tourism and rafting
5. Rescue and self-rescue in the terrain up to difficulty WW III.
6. Fundamental organization and law regulations in field of water tourism
