Course objectives:

The aim of the final diploma thesis is to demonstrate students' abilities to creatively solve a technical problem with the use of the available literature and theoretical knowledge in the course of study. Students demonstrate their ability to analyze, solve and process a given technical problem in the form of technical reports and evaluate the technical and economic benefits of proposed solutions.

Requirement for obtaining the credit:
1. Active participation on the consultation for elaboration of diploma thesis.
2. Demonstration of knowledge needed to elaboration of diploma thesis.
3. Present to supervisor the diploma thesis in the required standard.

independently describe and explain at a higher level possible solutions to problems in the DT and have own opinion on the results |
use own expertise in at least one foreign language |

apply own theoretical and practical knowledge in solving specific problems assigned in the DT |
independently use computer technology with specialized software to solve specific problems |
independently explain and evaluate the pros and cons of solving a given problem and the ability to defend own work before an expert committee |
