Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na představení fenomému tzv. postkonfliktní rekonstrukce a její následné aplikace na tři konkrétní oblasti. Práce se skládá z teoretické části, kde je podrobně představen princip rekonstrukce jako takové. Teoretická část dále vysvětluje podrobnou historii rekonstrukce a její postupný vývoj. Dále je v teoretické části zahrnut pojem konfliktních zdrojů, který je následně vysvětlen na konkrétním případu. V praktické části práce jsou představeny tři oblasti, ve kterých v minulosti proběhly konflikty o zdroje. Právě praktická část představuje dané oblasti, jak z hlediska historického, tak konfliktního hlediska. Dále je v každé části podrobně představen konkrétní konfliktní zdroj. Na základně získaných poznatků obsahuje každá oblast podrobnější pohled na současné dění v zemi a odpovídá na otázku, zda v oblasti probíhá postkonfliktní rekonstrukce, a jak je daná oblast ovlivněna konfliktním zdrojem.

The bachelor work is focused on introducing the phenomen of post-conflict reconstruction and then the application on three specific areas. The work consists the theoretical part, where is deeply introduced princip of the reconstruction. The theoretical part explains the historical part of the reconstrucion and its development. Next part of the theoretical part are conflict resources, which are explained as a therm and applied to specific case. In the practical part, there are three areas, which are introduced by conflict for resources. This practical part explains these specific areas, by historical and conflict point. Then there is an explanation of every conflict resource from the specific area. By gaining of these informations, every are contains a detailed view on current events in that country and answers a question, if that area is in progress by the post-conflict reconstruction and how is that area influenced by conflict resources.
