Course objectives:
|
Criteria for thermal and visual comfort, measuring methods for the heat, light, air conditioning and environmental parameters determination, types and characteristics of sensors, related standards and regulations.

Knowledge of the presented and practiced topics.

Content
|
The course covers basic theory and measurement of basic environmental parameters in three areas: a) noise, vibration, humidity, b) light c) thermal comfort. Each area contains the course introduction, overview of the basic variables, the principle of measuring the basic parameters and the measurement. Part C) is complemented by the principles for the design of electrical heating. The hygiene standards are highlighted in all parts as well as adverse effects on man and the working environment.
The industrial experts take part on the lecture in the course.
