Key learning outcomes
|
The students should be able to acquire a deep understanding and knowledge of the historical formation and processes of the general history in a broader political, cultural and social context. They will be able to analyze the historical artefacts exploiting the method of contemporary social sciences and humanities. The should achieve the competence to understand and make interpretation of the historical evidences and contribute to the enlargement of the historical knowledge through independent investigation and writing. They should be able to speak fluent English and other foreign language. They will have a flexible competence and knowledge fully acceptable and useful for the professional career in various segments of modern European society.

Profile of the programme
|
Programme consists of segments of courses focused on the fields of Theory and Methodology of Historical Research and Knowledge, General History, and Czech History. Programme includes the courses enabling the application of theoretical knowledge and acquired competence in the professional careers in History, Social and Cultural Work, Project Management, State and Public Administration, Media, and NGO. Programme involves practice as well.
