Course objectives:
|
The aim of the course is to enrich vocabulary of students and develop their grammatical readiness. In this follow up course, students can lead a conversation about family, housing, travelling, weather, personal interests and daily schedule. Students aslo learn basic time sequences, days of the week and months of the year. In grammatical part of the subject, the attention is paid to past tense, simple and compound verbs and also to akuzativ particle rá. Progressively, attention is paid to Arabic grammar phenomenons in Persian language. Within the course the emphasize is put on practical language and listening exercises. The total assessment is based on passing of final written exam, active participation in classes, preparation of homeworks and passing of random tests during semester.

Content
|
Continuation of Persian preliminary course with using Persian letter for acquiring elementary vocabulary. A brief explanation about related topics from history, geography and literature will be provided as well.

- Orientate in basic realia (history, geography) of the contemporary and historic Iran.
