Course objectives:
|
Provide students an overview about basic approaches concerning construction of project´s budgets. To teach them to create budgets as a tool which can influece structure and development of financial plans. Explain features, which may influence budgets. To teach how to monitor and report financial development of projects.

Requirements on student
|
Conditions for winning a credit:
1) Practical creating of concrete project budget and its active presentation.
2) Sucessful fulfilling of credit test min. 70 %.

Financial Planning in the enterprise.
Cost structure and costing of the project.
Estimation of overheads of the project and ways of calculation.
