Course objectives:

Students will learn the principles of documentation management, both in relation to clients and to their organization. The course will also emphasize ethical aspects of work with social work documentation. Students will be familiarized with the purpose and meaning of documentation, various types, forms and contents of documentation. The course will also focus on the protection of the client in the processes of administration based on standards of social work and incentives and legal obligations of personal data management.

Requirements on student

Students will complete all assigned readings as well as all written assignments in due time. At the end of the semester, they will pass an written exam.
