Course objectives:

The aim of this course is to: solve problems in connection with analysis, planning, and decision making in businesses admininstration in strong competitive environment. Using computer simulation game, analyze the imapcts of various decisions in realistic conditions. Cooperate in teams and solve situations based on economic indicators.

Requirements on student
|
Credit requirements:
Minimum of points: 50 from 100 in following strucutre:
1. Team work - cashflow management (max. 20 points), profitability (max. 20 bodů), seminary work and its presentation (max. 40 points).
2. individual work - self-reflection, min. 30 rows (max. 20 points).
Obligatory seminary work strucutre:
1. Team introductions and roles
2. Situational analysis outputs and further development recommendations
3. decisions and results, incl. comparison with plan and chnages descriptions
4. Results evaluation (profitability, cashflow)
5. Specific evaluation of each team member (strengths and weaknesses)
Obligatory self-reflection strucutre:
1. Introduction
2. Evaluation of personal skills gained from the simulation game
3. Evaluation of personal strengths and weaknesses
4. Conclusion - learning a lesson for future, practical implications
Seminary work evaluation criteria:
