Course objectives:

The aim of this course:
To introduce students to the problems of swimming, swimming sports, didactics and methodology of swimming. To introduce the practical possibilities of swimming lessons.

Requirements:
Methodology output, passing the exam. Working with the team in swimming-pool Lochotín, processing of documentation (thematic plan of work, preparing for each lesson).

1. Objectives and tasks of the swimming.
2. Biomechanical and physical laws of swimming.
3. The origin, development and techniques of swimming styles
4. The rules of swimming and swimming sports.
5. Sports and used swimming.
6. Synchronized swimming, water polo, diving.
7. Physiological aspects of swimming performance.
8. Structure of the swimming performance and development of motor skills in the range of swimming.
9. Competitive swimming.
10. Swimming and swimming sports on the modern Olympic games.
11. Didactics and methodology of swimming.
