Course objectives:
|
The aim of the course is to enable students the basic orientation in a wide range of current recreational physical activity and the ability to apply an adequate physical recreation in the educational process of health education in schools. The course is aimed at developing professional competencies in the field of physical recreation supporting human health. Students at remembering, understanding, and application master key concepts of the issue, which relates to the theory of recreation and physical recreation didactics within health education.

2. Influence of physical recreation to the physical of person dimension.

6. Possibilities of using physical recreation at school.
7. Physical recreation as a tool of health education.
8. Recreation as a tool of rejuvenation and youth health promotion.
9. Educational methodology and forms of the organization of recreational activities at the school.
