This thesis is about the use of Semantic Web technologies (RDF, OWL, etc.) in neuroinformatics. It deals with EEG Portal, which is built on Java and relational database. The end goal is to support the development of EEG Portal with Semantic Web tools. There are multiple possible options that have been researched, including relational database to RDF mapping and object to RDF mapping. It continues with a review of object to RDF mapping tools that are available. One tool is selected and modified. Although this tool was selected to be used with EEG Portal it can be used in any other Java application.
