Pomocí modelu byly nasimulovány dvě situace - peristaltické vlnění v žaludku a kontrakce/relaxace v buňce cévy.

The main goal of this work is to contribute to the mathematical modeling of
the smooth muscle contraction with respect to the nonequilibruim thermodynamics. In the work was proposed new mathematical model describing some mechanical, electrical and chemical processes during the contraction and relaxation of the elementary contractile mechanism in the smooth
muscle cell. Description of chemical processes is based on Hai & Murphy model. Description of electrical processes on cellular membrane is based on Goldmann equation. With the proposed mathematical model were made two numerical simulations. The first simulates behavior of contractile mechanism in the cell of blood-vessel depending on the external loading and on the presence
of nitrid oxide. The second simulation simulates the behavior of contractile mechanism in cell of stomach during peristaltic waves.
