This diploma thesis is concerned with viscid fluid flow through a porous space of a deformable matrix. The background is the blood perfusion through human liver tissue. The perfusion is, in fact, a very complex process with high variability due to many factors. Therefore the problem of blood flow through soft tissue had to be simplified by using mathematical modeling of strongly heterogeneous materials with emphasis on interaction between viscid fluid and deformable matrix of a porous medium. A method of homogenization was employed on a two-scale description of given physical problem. This thesis uses the Stokes fluid flow model along with the equations of static equilibrium, which
are used by the so called Biot model. Within the frame of this work a test was carried out to confirm the theoretical findings of this thesis. Finally, a nonlinear, more accurate model, which makes use of sensitivity analysis, was proposed and tested.
