The master thesis is focused on control of power semiconductor three-level neutral point clamped converter. Thesis contains theoretical introduction, simulation model of this converter, control algorithm based on vector PWM and its modifications. Goal of these modifications is to improve frequency spectrum of this algorithm. One of these modified algorithms is also implemented to microprocessor controller and its functionality is tested on laboratory drive with this type of converter by series of experiments in selected steady and transient states.
