Tato práce je věnována problematice topologické čistoty prostorových dat informačního systému Heracleum. Nejdříve popisuje informační systém Heracleum a data použitá pro tuto práci. Dále vysvětluje pojem topologie a následně pomocí dvou open source programů kontroluje topologickou čistotu dat. Těžištěm práce jsou dva vytvořené manuály pro kontrolu topologie dat.

This thesis is devoted to the problematics of the topological cleanliness of data of the information system Heracleum. At first the thesis describes the information system Heracleum and the data that I have used for writing this thesis. Then, the thesis explains the concept of the topology and it analyses the topological cleanliness of the data by using two open source programs. The main content of this thesis are two created manuals for the control of the topology of the data.
