The aim of this thesis is to validate selected streets and addresses in Register of Territorial Identification, Addresses and Real Estates (RTIARE). The validations are based on the spatial properties of the data. The theoretical part describes RTIARE and the validations that have been carried out by Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre in the past. Except for one case, these validations did not consider the geometric properties of the data. The practical part describes the selected validations using
the spatial properties of the data in RTIARE. The outcome of this thesis, the PL/SQL scripts, can be used in practice.
