V této bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila především na shromáždění dostupných informací o jednotlivých skupinách traumat skeletu a přiblížit jejich specifika ošetření a terapie v přednemocniční neodkladné péči.Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky o daném tématu, které jsem získala při studiu literatury a dalších zdrojů souvisejících s tématem. První kapitola je zaměřena na anatomii skeletu, dále definici traumatu, traumatologie a seznam traumacenter v České republice. V dalších kapitolách jsou podrobně rozebrány jednotlivé skupiny traumat skeletu. V posledních kapitolách jsem se zaměřila na použití imobilizačních a transportních pomůcek při traumatech skeletu, dále komunikaci mezi zdravotnickou záchrannou službou a cílovým zdravotnickým zařízením při předávání pacienta, spolupráci s leteckou záchrannou službou a jaké jsou indikace k převozu pacienta do traumacentra. V praktické části je obsaženo srovnání statistických údajů Zdravotnické záchranné služby Plzeňského a Karlovarské kraje za měsíc leden a červenec 2013 a rozhovory se zdravotnickými pracovníky v obou krajích na danou problematiku.

In this thesis, I focused primarily on gathering information available on individual groups of skeletal trauma and bring their specific treatments and therapies in prehospital emergency care. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical knowledge about the subject that I gained in the study of literature and other resources related to the topic. The first chapter focuses on the anatomy of the skeleton, as well as the definition of trauma, trauma and trauma list in the Czech Republic. In the following chapters are discussed in detail various groups trauma skeleton. In the last chapter, I focused on the use of immobilization and transport aids in skeletal trauma, as well as communication between the ambulance service and the target health facilities in the transmission of patient cooperation with the air rescue service and what are the indications for patient transport to a trauma center. In the practical part is included comparison of statistical data Ambulance Service Pilsen and Karlovy Vary in January and July 2013 and interviews with health workers in both regions on the issue.
