The thesis deals with the comparison of four ethno regional parties in Central-Eastern Europe, which we understand in a broader sense. Specifically, the subjects of comparsion are Most-Hid/SMK, UDMR, VAPL and IDS, which we analyzed in terms of relevance and programm documents, we also examined the socio-economic aspects. Many authors consider excessive economic performance or vice versa economic underdevelopment a key element mobilization. Selected ethnoregional parties we have tried to include in ideal types of Dandoy´s typology. None of the investigated party is not against the democratic regime and recognizes the state, but all actors are unhappy with the current situation, escpecially the division of power between the center and the periphery.
