Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nedemokratickým latinskoamerickým režimem,a to především hybridním režimem za vlády H. Cháveze Fríaze. Práce se skládá z úvodu, teoretické části, empirické části a části práce, v níž je analyzován daný režim. Bakalářská práce je zakončena závěrem a seznamem literatury.
V úvodu práce jsou stanoveny cíle, hlavní otázky a struktura bakalářské práce.V první kapitole je pak popsán fenoménem hybridních režimů, charakteristika a vývoj těchto typů režimů a jejich stručná klasifikace. V závěru této kapitoly nalezneme charakteristiku konceptu od autorů Leah Gilbertové A Payamy Mohseniho, který je dále v práci aplikován na případ Venezuely za vlády H. Cháveze Fríaze. Ve druhé části bakalářské práce je popsán vývoj Venezuely od roku 1958 a vývoj režimu za vlády H. Cháveze Fríaze, až do doby po jeho smrti.Třetí část práce se věnuje samotné analýze venezuelského režimu za vlády H. Cháveze Fríaze. Analýza je provedena pomocí konceptu trojdimenzionálního pojetí hybridního režimu od L. Gilbertové a Payamy Mohseniho. V závěru práce nalezneme odpovědi na předem stanovené otázky a shnutí výsledků, kterých bylo v práci dosaženo. Bakalářská práce je zakončena sezanmen použité literatury.

This bachelor thesis follow up non democratic regime in Latin America, especially hybrid regime in Venezuela under the reign H. Chávez Fríaz. The work consists of introduction, theoretical part, empirical part and third part of work, which analysis regime. In the end of this work we can find the part with conclusion and the list of literature.
In the introduction of this work we can find determine goals, questions, the main theme and the characteristic of this bachelor thesis. The firts chapter is calles The phenomenon of hybrid regimes. This part subscribes characteristics and the development of this regime and his brief classification. In the end of this part we can find the concept, which is aplicate on the example of Venezuela by the three-dimensional concept of hybrid regimes by Leah Gilbert and Payam Mohseni. In the second part of bachelor thesis we can find development of Venezuela after 1958, further development of regime under the government of H. Chávez Fríaz and on the period after his death. The third chapter includes analysis of Venezuelan regime under the government of H. Chávez Fríaz. The analysis is carried out by means concept hybrid regimes by Leah Gilbert and Payam Mohseni. In the conclusion are sum up results my work and answers to predetermined questions. Bachelor thesis is finished by the list of literature.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nedemokratickým latinskoamerickým režimem,a to především hybridním režimem za vlády H. Cháveze Fríaze.
